JOB SUMMARY:
Main Purpose of Position:
The main purpose of the Microsoft Product Manager – SPLA is to drive market development and partner enablement within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly focusing on the SPLA (Service Provider License Agreement) program. The Product Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including product management, business management, sales and reseller enablement, compliance management and price management.
The role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and our ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS
Internal training associated with competencies:

Minimum Qualification
- Matric
- IT Diploma/Degree would be advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft SPLA, SAM, and CSP-related areas
- SAM verifications.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft portfolio.
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of 2 -3 years of software licensing specialist experience within the ICT Industry.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels.
- Creative, solution-driven attitude
- Be willing to work in an agile environment where changes are frequent, and technologies evolve.
