Smart, sustainable design
Dell’s Latitude portfolio uses recycled, reclaimed, renewable and ocean-bound plastic in its design. Latitude 5000 Series are our most sustainable Latitude PCs. In just the lid we have 71% sustainable materials – 21% bioplastic, 30% PCR plastic, and 20% reclaimed carbon fibre. We also have castor oil-based rubber bottom bumpers (39%), ocean-bound plastic fan housing (28%) & recycled plastic material in the battery frame(50%). Latitude’s new packaging uses 100% recycled or renewable materials.**
