Conditions

• Payment levels are halved for SATA / HDD Based Old Systems (<50% SSD)
• Logistic and Processing Costs will be deducted from payment
  • Exact costs will be determined on case-by-case basis, depending on location
  • Payment assumes Old System is fully functioning and on reasonable condition
  • It is assumed that off-site processing of data wiping is default position
  • On-site activity costs is excluded
• Old System must be available for collection within 30 days of commissioning of new system
• Cash Back Payment will be made with 90 Days of Delivery of New System. Payment is made to party signing the ARS agreement with Lenovo (End User or Partner)
• Any major storage vendor’s solution is eligible for trade-in
• Customer needs to accept standard ARS ‘click to accept’ agreement

Restrictions / Limitations

• Customer Proposals will need to be submitted and checked by ARS team prior to customer acceptance
• Customer Offer will be confirmed by the Lenovo ARS Team to the Lenovo Seller / Partner
• Payment will be made by Lenovo on confirmation of the final settlement value and an invoice raised to Lenovo for the agreed amount; the value will be paid by direct deposit into a specified account.
• Cash-back will be awarded for up to 100TB. Larger systems can be traded in, but the cash –back cap is at 100TB
• Exact costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on location
