JOB SUMMARY:
Main Purpose of Position:
The role of the Systems Administrator: Data and Pricing is to ensure that the pricing models are accurately always captured, that the latest pricelists are uploaded timeously when received from the Brand, and that the organisation’s pricing models are well maintained and operate reliably. They are also responsible for managing and maintaining the data infrastructure and systems that support the organisations analytics initiatives. This role involves ensuring data integrity, security, and availability, as well as optimising system performance to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:
Internal training associated with competencies:
- During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with a meticulously crafted learning map designed to seamlessly guide you through your on-the-job training experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric level Core Math and Accounting
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of BI Tools, SQL – preferred
- Relevant Degree/Diploma (business, information systems, mathematical) – preferred
- Sage CRM and Accpac Sage 300 system experience – preferred
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of administration experience, specific to pricing/costing.
- 2-3 years’ experience in data-capturing. This role requires someone with exposure to working with high volumes of data and in a fast-paced environment.
Office Requirements:
- Office – based working environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Reliable transport to and from the office.

- This is a permanent position subject to a three-month probationary period.
