Main Purpose of Position:
The primary purpose of the Dell CSG Brand Support Specialist is to manage and oversee the operational support functions related to the Dell CSG brand. This includes ensuring efficient stock management, providing sales support, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with marketing activities. The role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely information to internal teams and resellers, coordinating the flow of products, pricing, and quotations, and supporting the overall sales process to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
Internal training associated with competencies:
- During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with a meticulously crafted learning map designed to seamlessly guide you through your on-the-job training experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration would be advantageous.
Minimum Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a brand support or operational role, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
- Proven experience in managing stock, sales support, and pipeline reporting.
- Experience in vendor management, including managing vendor funding and deal registration processes.
- Experience in marketing activity planning, especially in digital platforms and events is highly desirable.
Minimum Skills:
- Familiarity with Dell CSG products or similar tech product portfolios.
- Ability to gain and maintain relevant product certifications.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, and other reporting tools
Office Requirements:
- Office-based working environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Reliable transport to and from the office.

- This is a permanent position subject to a three-month probationary period.
