Networking Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Main Purpose of Position:

• As Networking Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and market presence of key brands, including Arista, Grandstream, and IT Armi, and all other assigned brands across all regions.
• Your responsibilities will encompass managing sales performance and brand development, ensuring that revenue and growth targets are consistently achieved. You will also lead the execution of strategic initiatives to expand market share and strengthen brand positioning.
• Key to your success will be your ability to collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to align objectives and deliver effective solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals. You will also oversee brand performance, ensuring that the assigned products remain competitive and innovative within the networking and IT infrastructure landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

Internal training associated with competencies:

• During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with a meticulously crafted learning map designed to guide you through your on-the-job training experience seamlessly.

Minimum Qualification

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management preferable.
• Basic networking technical experience is highly desirable.

Minimum Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in a network technology product /solutions management role within the IT Distribution industry.
• A strong knowledge or technical background in network infrastructure technology would be beneficial.
• Proficient with generating and handling bulk quotation requests.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels.
• Creative, solution-driven attitude.

Office Requirements

• Work-from-office environment.
• Semi-formal dress code.
• Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.
• Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
• Must have own vehicle.

• This is a permanent position subject to a three-month probationary period.
