JOB SUMMARY:
Main Purpose of Position:
The MSP Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning the company’s solutions to align with MSP needs. The incumbent will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing engagement of MSP partners to maximize long-term business success.

REQUIREMENTS:
Internal training associated with competencies:
- During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with a meticulously crafted learning map designed to seamlessly guide you through your on-the-job training experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric
- A tertiary qualification in Business Management or in IT would be advantageous.
Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years of external sales/new business development experience in the ISP Telecommunications Industry.
Minimum Skills:
- Advanced Excel Skills – Must be proficient in Excel, including creating Pivot Tables.
- Strong Presentation Skills – Ability to confidently create and deliver engaging presentations to an audience.
- Financial Acumen – Must understand key financial concepts such as markup vs. margin, balance sheets, and withholding capital.
Physical Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Workplace Requirements:
- Office-based working environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from: 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Reliable transport to and from the office.

- This is a permanent position subject to a three-month probationary period.
