Huawei EBG Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Main Purpose of Position:

The Huawei EBG Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of Huawei’s Enterprise Business Group (EBG) product portfolio. This includes developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring sales enablement, and optimising product positioning within the market. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to achieve revenue targets, enhance brand awareness, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Internal training associated with competencies:

• During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with a meticulously crafted learning map designed to seamlessly guide you through your on-the-job training experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Supply Chain will be advantageous.

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of experience in product, vendor or channel management in the ICT Distribution Industry.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Networking (switching, routing, WiFi, SDN) and Enterprise Storage (SAN, NAS, hyper-converged, backup solutions).
• Proven experience with Huawei ICT solutions and brand administration.
• Huawei certifications (e.g., HCIA, HCIP, or HCIE in networking/storage) are a plus

Physical Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Workplace Requirements:

• Office-based role with a semi-formal dress code.
• Standard working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for international business communication.
• Reliable transport to and from the office.

• This is a permanent position subject to a three-month probationary period.
